A Wedding Coordinator steps in during the final weeks before your wedding to organize logistics, communicate with vendors, create timelines, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the wedding day. My role is to execute the plans you've already made so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.
Wedding Planning involves assisting with vendor selection, budget management, design decisions, and planning from the beginning of your engagement. Wedding Coordination is designed for couples who have already planned their wedding but need professional support to manage the details leading up to and on the wedding day.
I recommend booking as soon as you know you'd like professional support on your wedding day. While coordination services begin closer to the wedding, securing your date early ensures availability.
Your coordination services begin approximately 6-8 weeks before your wedding when we schedule our first planning meeting. This is when I begin reviewing details, creating timelines, and preparing to take over communication and logistics management.
Yes! Rehearsal coordination is included in the Wedding Coordination Package. I will assist with wedding party lineup, processional timing, family placement, and ceremony logistics so everyone feels confident before the wedding day.
Absolutely. Approximately 1-2 weeks before the wedding, I will reach out to your vendor team to confirm timelines, logistics, arrival times, setup requirements, and any final details. This allows you to focus on enjoying the final days before your wedding.
I oversee the placement of personal décor items such as welcome signs, card boxes, seating charts, centerpieces, and other designated décor pieces. Couples are responsible for providing all décor and detailed setup instructions. Extensive décor setup may require an additional service fee.
That's exactly why I'm there! Whether it's a vendor delay, timeline adjustment, missing item, weather concern, or last-minute issue, I work behind the scenes to quickly resolve problems so you can remain focused on enjoying your day.
The Signature Wedding Coordination Package includes up to 10 hours of wedding day coverage. Additional hours may be added if needed.
Yes! I am happy to coordinate with your existing vendor team and venue staff. My role is to support the professionals you've chosen and ensure everyone is working together smoothly.
Yes! Travel within 60 miles of Tolland, Connecticut is included in package pricing.
For venues located outside the standard service area, a travel fee may apply based on distance, travel time, and any overnight accommodations required. Any applicable fees will always be discussed and approved before booking.
No. Package pricing covers professional coordination services only. Venue fees, catering, florals, rentals, entertainment, photography, transportation, décor, and any other wedding-related expenses are separate and paid directly by the client.
A signed contract and retainer payment are required to secure your wedding date. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
K & Ko Studio proudly serves couples throughout Connecticut and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether your venue falls within my service area, simply reach out and I'd be happy to discuss your event.
That's the goal! My job is to handle the timeline, vendors, logistics, questions, and unexpected issues so you can be fully present with your family, friends, and new spouse. Your only responsibility should be making memories
